I'm Located in California and worked with Brad in Loveland to complete a 1031 Exchange. We had 40 days to start escrow on a purchase for a rental. Brad set me up with a daily listing after we talked about my requirements. He understood quickly and the listing was accurate for what I was looking for. When I found an interesting listing he would look at it the same day or the next day and give me feedback. We found a place within a couple weeks, he worked with the seller through a couple minor issues we had and managed to arrange signing within a week while we were there. He also followed up with the 1031 Exchange broker and title company to make sure the finances and documentation were correct.

He had a complete market analysis ready for our review within a couple of days of our first conversation. As soon as we said we were ready to list, he scheduled the photo shoot and had the listing ready to go the same week. He held open houses immediately and continued them up until we received an offer. He would provide weekly updates and worked closely with us for "next steps". Brad has excellent negotiating skills and we were very satisfied with the final result.

He worked with us in a professional manner, kept us informed during the whole process, and provided helpful advice when needed and asked for. We would definitely recommend his services to anyone we know without hesitation. We never felt pressured to over work the house for the sake of presentation.
